Thanks Lion, these licences and terms all seem to vary per country. Was reading about some in WA where initial term is 6 plus 2 x 5 year extension for max 16 years. Sounds like its half that amount in Namibia. Obviously they are encouraging people to get a move on.
Were any licence details published or just a previous mention of periods? We appear to only have done a 2D in PEL87 so hopefully that is the minimum obligation. Thanks.
