Grasim, your reply is only part of the equation,in my business staff welfare and satisfaction was of extreme importance to my wife and I,we ran a very successful business and at no time had any intention of pulling any shysters on our staff.( i might add we had minimal turnover in five years, and we never sacked anyone out of a staff ot 30,a fact in which I take great pride)However, the reality remains that a business can only sustain a certain wage level ,however good the bosses intentions may be. The attitude that all bosses are out to take down their staff is not generally true I don't think, good, loyal staff are hard to find. The time comes when you have to rationalise what is going out compared to what is coming in....simple business principles. As a business owner i had a lot of up front cash on the line and i was happy to give people employment.I don't consider it unfair that i wanted to make a profit in my venture.
