I have never clumped bosses into one basket infact in earlier posts I stated that I was proud to say I had worked for some but I have also tasted the other side where no-matter how well or quickly something was done nothing was good enough, believe me it is not a nice existance.
If you can honestly say that you treated your employees well I take my hat off to you & thank you however there are those out there who spend as much time in thinking how they can screw their workers as they do in running their business. The weird thing is that some employers still haven't worked out that if they treat there workers with respect, they will indeed receive much more in return.
No way emplorers can ALL be put in the same category, same as employees cannot.
