For starters I said last week it MAY have a further cost blow-out. There has been a lot of variation work. There has also been a lot of scoped work given to other contractors getting paid on a hourly basis. The site has also been flooded with a lot of extra personal to get the show up and running on time. Whether OZL has factored these costs in or not I don't know.
Secondly commissioning for the crushing circuit was meant to start on the 1 Sept. At this stage it does look like in OCT some time. Day before yesterday the Crusher control room was dropped in position. Wiring it up then calibrating ain't a five minute job.
Commissioning the area's after the crushing circuit? Not even close.
Only 3 mths left in the year folks!
