"The original timeframe was to have intent of EPC Companies confirmed by the end of Q42010. As per that timeframe, We expect that within weeks, probably sooner, however as with most negotiations difficult to put an exact timeframe"
So I had expected news before X Mas, however management went on holiday, saying nothing.".............
