Chawkey,
NMDC will be responsible for procuring the debt facility for Wonarah (around $2b capex depending on production method - SPA or WAP) and will reimburse certain MAK expenditure for 50% equity in Wonarah project. (refer page 12 of latest Co Presentation - Nov 2011).
