    With the institutional and Retail SPP we have enough to payout Goldman.

    What are the thoughts that this may get voted down? Does anyone think GRAM is paying too little.

    E.G. (1) Such a large stake in a company normally commands a premium. (2)Management should hold and wait for a 'cornerstone investor" in a more oppotune time when markets are better?

    Any thoughts on GRAM beign vote for or against??
