    The market (in general terms) puts too much premium on high-dividend yield stocks.

    I recon SGN at $1.40 is at its fair value unless there is a re-rating.

    The CEO sells his block every Feb - so I don't think his reduction is unusual.

    Yesterday there is one trading for 900K+ shares at $1.345. I am curious to find out who that one is.
