I think you missed the point, which version do you think NOPTA used on the 30/3/20? And in that version as detailed in the court documents, they used almost the same financial assessment (give or take some extras) that is made much clearer in the 2022 version.
Anyway, there is no point arguing, we disagree on the reasons, so that's that. I understand you think they would not be able to reject it for valid reasons, I do.
