I think the line in the sand will be from approx.18/2/21, i.e. when John Barilaro gave his decision. Everything after that was clearly Scott Morrison. I haven't bothered NOPTA on anything related to PEP11 as the matter won't return to their jurisdiction until the Federal Court comes to it's decision. They would not be in a position to make any comment until that occurs.
