"complete a placement", depends what you mean, if you mean they could start a new placement right now and finish it before coming out of suspension, I disagree.
Advent is not a publicly traded company and according to the financial guidelines, one bit of evidence required is for 1.35 (d) "Parent company guarantee – i.e. a deed of cross guarantee or a guarantee provided bythe parent company on corporate stationery.", BPH wrote Advent a letter saying they would raise capital for them, as evidence for the Joint Authority. I can't remember where I read it, but I think non-compliance and placements may clash (especially if they contain information that is allegedly non-compliant)... Not sure if I can be bothered to back that up, but it makes sense to me (can't keep publishing allegedly non-compliant information via the ASX).
