I am comfortable relying on the NOPTA advice with respect to Finance. The bank account balances speak for themselves, the track record of raising speak for themselves, and the advice of NOPTA that it is standard practice for the applicant to have security of title before raising. As I have commented previously, reverse engineering decisions is a very questionable practice, Madeleine King would be well served avoiding the road travelled by Scott Morrison. The most weight in the JA decision should given to the advice of NOPTA, they are the experts, not MPs or their advisers.
