We have been through this.. Advent does not have the cash required for the work program. They are reliant on BPH. BPH's future is possibly quite dire... If they admit to non-compliance and retract their statements, that will open them to an alleged, legal liability. If they don't do anything, they could remain in suspension. It is going to be a very educational moment with whatever happens.
