Today the bill: "Environmental Planning and Assessment Amendment (Sea Bed Mining and Exploration) Bill 2024" has been read a third time.



The EPAA bill (2024) affects PEP-11, by potentially preventing a potential development from building pipelines in coastal waters from offshore NSW.
