This reads horribly for the PM's defence. predetermination, tick, failure of responsible government, tick, failure of due process, tick. The last part is absolutely staggering, DISER instrument signed approx. early May 2021, sat on the power for 7 months, asks for the briefing on 8th December then calls a press conference for 16th December? What happened to the due process he referred to in March 2021?
