Hmmm. Putting to one side that I don't share your view that there was nothing wrong with the reasons, what is the correct avenue for Asset to challenge the reasons? I am pre-empting both the outcome of the Federal Court action and the JA's decision, the JA may well approve it. But if Madeleine King were to decline it also, and also repeat the same reasons, who hears the probable appeal against the grounds? I think this ties into Madeleine Kings comment about a legal solution, do you have a feel for what she is referring to? My only thought was killing PEP11 for good by the Government buying it back, a legal settlement, is there an alternative "legal solution"?
