you know why most grandparents take care child in asian. because they are live together in same home. in australian family grandparent is not living together with child. in most case they are even not living in the same area. i believe grandparent care may got some impact but it is not a material impact in child care sector.
childcare is also include earlier education, a good childcare gets a long queue waitting list.
