Hi footmax. Incorrect. CIA has 0 dividend and its PE is higher than GRR. The dividend does not need to be a specific number to support the share price. The dividend just needs to be within the overall company strategy for cash and capital. a 0 dividend would be fine if there was a specific reason that was well communicated.
