I am starting to conjecture that the company itself wants the share price low as well as a low profile.

When exergen does a takeover they will be able to offer shareholders a low price.
Plenty happy to buy under 10c. That's where they like to keep it.

All in my humble opinion of course. Conjecture. Whey wouldn't they build the demo in the LV and take the free funding money.

Of course it makes sense. They seem to know they will get what they want - that critical bit in between Yoy Yang and mnm's tenements in the LV.
