Well considering TMT has now mostly derisked AVLs mining business model with the plant to process back at the mine site (EPA / Native Title etc.) I would suspect that most of the conditions would now be met.
I would suspect there would be some news flow clearing this matter up as soon as the merged company starts trading.
If Graham Ardvison is worth his salt he would have some news flow lined up to keep all shareholders in the company moving forward.
Time will tell and pure speculation from me.
