Its definitely true that there wasnt any real doubt (at least in my mind) that the mining leases would be granted, but perhaps any financing deal had as a condition precedent the granting of the mining lease in order to minimise any albeit small risk to a potential investor.

With this out of the way lets hope then that a financing deal is closed shortly- end of September is when the latest KEBA extension expires.
