The post I was referring to may have been before July 2018, and I wasn't aware of these changes
The mind boggles more then as I do not understand why BMN would not mark the approval of the ML for Etango as 'market sensitive' seeing as though it took years to get to this position for the ML. Why would a company leader not market (no pun intended) the company to prospective SH's (small or large) when you have an opportunity to do so.
Maybe I am going over the top or maybe not. Either way it is simple to determine if an announcement is market sensitive or not when warranted
I guess in a way it says a lot about the different styles of BM (BMN CEO) and JB (DYL CEO)
