How many times do you see on forums such as HC that company xyz won't go anywhere until they get some institutions on board??

ACE has previously advised (from memory) that shipments to China should increase from July, this should substantially increase revenue, if this is not coming, then I would assume under continuous disclosure we would have heard about it by now :)

I've only a relatively small holding in ACE, I took the opportunity to average down (and tripple my initial very small holding) at 20.5c :)
