I did sell some in August 2019, so trading was still possible by then. You are right that there was a long trading halt before delisting (half a year).
I personally think that you did not have a decent risk management and you‘re still heavily invested.
I‘m sorry for that and though I do not think this company is planned scam, I see the chance of having access to my investment during the next year as low.
I can only recommend to you to getting some distance to the stock and board. You say you want to warn people? This is bullsht, as
1. people can‘t buy at an exchange
2. people can‘t sell at an exchange
The only thing you can do is buy/sell privately at a low value. I do think people who do so are aware of the risk.
