To provide some further info people should get hold of the Grant Thornton Independent Valuation abstract - only 14 pages and shows the valuation is conservative. On the basis of management scenario (more aggressive)ESI has revenues in excess of $1bn pa by 2017. In the basic scenario (conservative one published for prudence to the market) this is $120m pa. Thats 5 times ESI market cap in revenues alone on these 2 small deals alone.
