Believe the likelihood of what you are suggesting is high.
How it all comes about I’m not clever enough to figure, as I don’t understand all the businesses.
I have always been of the opinion that 3 to 4 telcos is all Australia can support probably only 3 long term.
TLS and SGT are clear but the third I think will be a consolation of a number of existing businesses.
PWT because of its fiber network will have to be part of the plan.
IMHO of course
If at some point you may wish to expand on how or which ones would fit together best.
