    there is very little difference between the two class of shares!
    In fact the VRLPA (preference shares) have more benefits!
    the ordinary shares have voting rights, where as the preference shares do not but only for 6 more months! when they will have assuming no more dividends
    Thats it!
    all the other benefits go to the preference shares!!!!
