    Hi Johrap,

    I wouldn't wait on VRLPA to gain voting rights on the basis of dividend non-payment. From the web site :"In a period during where dividends payable on the Preference shares are more than 6 months in arrears "

    If they don't declare (as is the case) then by def'n the divy is not in arrears..

    Agree that the VRLPA are still undervalued, even with above fact.
