voting rights won't be comming the way of VRLPA holders. It would require management to declare the payment of a dividend and then delay payment for more than 6 months to trigger this.
VRL made a point to not "declare" a dividend so the conversion will not occur,
Despite this VRLPA hold the same effective economic interest, it all comes down to whether you trust VRL management to work to progress your interest in the company or not. (at least they are more aligned to do so than has previously been the case)
