Ralphi, agreed. Also worth mentioning that there are 2 main differences 1) Prefs get same div (in the case of none) or higher div than normal shares (if one is paid) 2) prefs don't get votes but they are worthless anyway as the Kirby's control the company.
The prefs are trading at a significant discount to the normals which is completely illogical given the only potential advantage of the normal shares (voting) is worthless since the kirby's control the company.
