Joye is also making false statements because his house price to income measure is definitely not DISPOSABLE H/hold income.
Because the ABS income measure he uses also includes earnings within superannuation... and last time i checked that wasn't at my disposal.
The official RBA measure would be at just above 5.5x h/hold income as at June 2010.
