BG may just fall into the category of "being good at building momentum from scratch" but needing to hand over the reins to someone more specialist at the transition from exploration/definition to actual development & construction, before handing over to someone focussed on ongoing day-to-day operations and squeezing the best out of the assets. For SQX, I hope that's the case, and for HIO - fingers crossed they figure it out and stop letting him experiment with other people's money.
