lol watso thought this was a joke .. as watso recalls a joke about a woman going to the police station to report that she had been graped.. blah blah blah - it seems that there was a bunch of them .
ahhh the days of the big juicy apricots .. anyone remember them???
watso recalls them as a kid - and the very first house that he bought had a apricot tree which had big juicy apricots - trouble was that watso was only 21 years old and did not know the first thing about apricot trees and fruit fly and how to control them - so watso got rid of the tree .
lol watso presently enjoying a 2l cask of TAWNY (ie fortified wine - port) .. cost $8... how many kg of grapes for that - maybe 3kg ??
ahh the days of the grape vine that the parents used to have.. big bunches of succulent grapes ..
but then the parents shifted and they tried to grow grape vines at the new location - but that was a total flop ..
one thing for sure is that sandy soils aint sandy soils
