Dont allways have a stop loss in but I still think they have value.

It is just a matter of setting them right. Very difficult with spec stocks.

I was starting to implement a trailing stop loss on MEO and thought at 10 or so % or so down it would avoid nuisance tripping by profit takes.

Probably should have listened to the chartists who have allways said the recent rise was on low volume.

Got it wrong - not by much but got it wrong.
