Just for the fun of it, noted elsewhere:

"Automakers are also facing up to China’s dominance in graphite, which is used in lithium ion battery anodes. Demand for anode material is set to rise by over seven times this decade. "

Supporting my contention that the fossil fuel/ cavitation should be kept high on the list for actually working out what specs it can expect deliver to.
Major industry folk have just felt pain on supply chains, not a lesson soon forgotten. Highly unlikely they will be going back.
