I thought that by January 2022 FGR might have been able to get some early wins with low hanging fruit after the new team and leader came on board.
I suggest that wasn't a bad expectation.

Well we now know.. there was no low hanging fruit and no early wins .. after all this time and with many more people on board. So how bad was it? You guess.

Given the new team had their "Old Mother Hubbard's experience", , (I bet Michael had a shock.) I suggest they had a few things, but unfocused, to straighten out.

Not time to panic, the sp as indicated by @spid81, is subjected simply to manipulation, rather than loss of support - in fact it means the opposite.
I reserve final judgement to end of second Qtr. If something real and money making has not popped up by then . well one has to wonder why not?
