Its good that MRF is able to make graphene from its vein graphite. The thing is that I'm not sure that this process is unique to MRF's graphite. Its likely that process can be replicated by other vein graphite deposits. There are a lot of them in Sri Lanka and they already produce about 5000 - 6000 tonnes of vein graphite a year.
Talga is also able to make graphene in this manner and they are building a pilot plant currently as well so we know that the process can be successful even in non vein graphite deposits.
What is unique about MRF's vein graphite which would mean that the other Sri Lankan producers wouldn't be able to set up a pilot plant to make graphene for themselves much quicker than MRF?
