...probably depends on the volume Gerdau needs and how much of it FGR will deliver - FGR won't be the only supplier to them. I guess a local production cell will be installed if the demand of a specific customer exceeds a certain volume, maybe 20 tpa. Local production cells will allow to lower the costs of shipping as graphene needs much more space than graphite, but I don't know at which point it makes sense.
