From the information given in that article, it's just impossible to say.
Apart from the "high quality" description. there is no indication of the level of purity, the size of platelets produced, number of layers, etc etc.
The use of SL crystal vein in the FGR production cell currently sets the standard in terms of low cost, bulk production of high purity, large platelet size, single or few layer graphene.
