1)How did the Omnet loan come about, and how is it that Rail Safety Systems was in business within a month of Omnet loan being written off without any real attempt at collection?

2) How did $770,000 manage to be paid to VVV, for what and approved by whom?

3) Will you provide an equivalent current assessment and history of the LSP proppants story, and potential markets that ahve come from the roadshows?

4) How will it (Q.3 answer) be paid for given the current financials?
