    Older the patent lawyers look at whether the patent is different enough to get it through as I understand it. I have said before that LWP are well versed in patent application process and IMO would have searched out any patent that may compete with theirs.
    They stated at one of the roadshows that they had not been able to find any competing technology. IMO DB
