TON is due to release it's DFS before Xmas which should quickly lead to binding off take agreements with it's three off take partners which includes Minjar, China's biggest building materials manufacturer who plans to use graphite in fire retardant building materials now that it is a government requirement. Other partners are looking at uses in high tech, batteries/storage etc. The binding off takes are to include financing of plant infrastructure and production scheduled for early 2019.

Mozambique gvt should issue mining licence early 2018 and the initial plan is to produce 60,000 tpa from Ancuabe located 60km from port and largely contains high purity jumbo and super jumbo flake. The total production (100%) is spoken for by the three partners.

A JV partner/s are also expected to be announced early next year for the future development of Nicanda Hill which is located next door to Syrah's deposit. Nicanda Hill is the largest deposit of graphite and vanadium in the world.

There is a lot to like about this play which is well over due for a rerate but is having trouble shaking off the stigma attached to its previous managements mistakes. If DFS and binging off takes come in to fruition as expected the current share price may offer exceptional leverage as Triton's market cap aligns with that of its peers.

Forecast future graphite demand should set up many of the stocks discussed in this thread nicely if they get to production.

KL - good luck with what ever you choose to follow.
