Maybe the price is being kept low by the next big investors. If they can keep it at these levels and offer to invest a few million shares in the mid 20's this will be a good sign.
If we get an ann we have a big investor from china coming onboard soon this will be great news. If discussions have already been happpening before this find, I am sure an ann won't be far away.
