the Chinese directors suck, because they have total control over ton, through being handed the financial roles of the company. As soon as the Chinese are kicked out, watch the share price rise. There is a prize in taking the Chinese on. However if the Chinese remain then the share price over time is going to drift slowly lower.
as for the Chinese swapping to NH. I doubt it. Imagine if that supply and syrs hits the market, Chinese producers will have to shut there mines. The whole exercise is to block future graphite supply competing with Chinese production, that's why the Chinese invested in ton. Felt threatened by ton. Its pretty easy to see that now, with the uneccessary stalling of finance
