There is no way BAT is worth it's $30 million market cap. It's got $3 million in the bank, the promise of some worthless shares (if the Mozambique government even allow the transfer) it can't sell for 20 months, and some ground in Victoria whose first drills were so dull, that all (but 1 drill metre) results couldn't even get above .03 g/to Au.
Is the company anywhere near the market valuation. Don't think it can't go lower. It can.
