Ever worked in a group that's like a pack of Hyena's? Hard to soar like an eagle. Not that I'm referring to anything (general post) but you have to look at the whole picture before you comment. I have personally witnessed colleagues over the years supressing others' ideas and talent out of jealously, lack of skill, lack of vision, or they feel threatened.
