He might have his hands tied if there is something going on re-negotiations and can’t say anything,@nd I haven’t seen the buy side that stacked ever and unless they are just pip traders who got out on the pump and want back in on the low then I would say news is on the way within the next week or two for sure .I’m very interested in what summation comes back from Europe .
