I am not sure about the process... but given they take hydrocarbons as an input, I assumed that the volume would be in favour of H2, at least by a factor of 2 (perhaps some H is lost in the process). Are you sure the volume is in favour of graphite (which is essentially carbon right?).
Perhaps some inefficiencies in the process need to be ironed out.
If you are right, and H2 is mainly a by-product, then Hazer's marketing is all wrong...
