Yes VXL are among the front runners although China has soaked up increased demand so far so it remains to be seen what the deficit will be, if any. Given the tensions between China and Japan and established trade ties between Australia and Japan it's possible that VXL could be a preferred supplier to that market for strategic reasons. However, VXL would have to offer a product that is roughly competitive on price and if China continues to increase its output and drives the price down then it would struggle to do that. But if the demand grows substantially again next year and China can't keep up, which is quite possible, then VXL is likely to be a preferred supplier to Japan.
