mongo what you clearly do not understand is that while China have retained 70% of raw material supply, albeit declining in both quality & quantity, they have not captured ROW IP & capital as they have in RE, for example.
Clearly there is a well established traditional market & an emerging market in new tech, China controls neither.
Largely irrelevant in context, VXL has 80KT in MOU, more than sufficient as a foundation, your efforts to discredit are piss in the wind.
